Fletch is an over 20 year veteran in wrestling, weather he was officiating on the Indies, Talking and working behind the scenes, or tearing it up in a Backyard Ring. Fletch can and has done it all in the sport. Fletch sat down with a vision in 2003. A Vision to change not only Shelbyville Backyard Wrestling, but Change the perception of Midwest Wrestling as a whole. Now Even globally XCW is a name known by many wrestling fans. Not only is Fletch a visionary in creating XCW. He has also had much success. Including Being a referee in such companies as NEW, ASPW, IPW, HPW, among others. He also commentated for a Short time in ASPW and has competed for BYWE, BPW, UWA, CBW, EBW, & XCW. Fletch has had a combined 29 Championships in his over 20 year career and by the looks of things...He is just getting started!
